How to use

For warmth, make sure the mask is at room temperature, then microwave on high for 20 seconds and wear for 3 to 5 minutes. For a cool compress, place it in its slipcover inside a sealable bag and freeze for about 30 minutes, then wear for 5 to 7 minutes.
