Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. This can take longer during busy periods and holidays.

Where we ship
We ship anywhere in Canada. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.

Carrier and cost
Orders ship with Canada Post. Exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of the order. Delivery estimates shown by the carrier are estimates, not guarantees.

Clinic pickup
Local? Email us at support@eyeclub.ca before ordering and we will see whether pickup works for you.

Lost or damaged parcels
Tell us about a lost or damaged parcel at support@eyeclub.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and follow it through with you.
