What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused products in their original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@eyeclub.ca and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days across North America. Express shipping is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship across North America at this time. In-store pickup is also available at our Rockland Optometry clinic.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast, secure checkout.
